While his vehicle's sensor measured the outdoor air at a cool 12 degrees Farhrenheit, Charlottesville resident Bob Kahn spotted this VW Eos with its convertible top down in traffic this Monday morning.

Maybe the driver (male or female) was just airing out the interior after those oh-so-wholesome breakfast burritos sHE picked up at the QuickMart!

Maybe a malfunction and he couldn't get the top to go up ? Not specifically VW electronics, but with all the computerized gadgets running cars these days, seems like there is a lot more that can go wrong and repairs are more expensive. Give me the roll up your window yourself car any day.
