    UVA is keeping our economy humming. I ran into a contractor from Northern Virginia yesterday and he said there’s money pouring into the new hospital buildings on JPA as well,just not local money, seems to be a lot of out of town firms. Maybe that’s why our unemployment, as reported in today’s DP, is rising
