The biggest names in rail and politics came to Charlottesville on Wednesday, September 30, one day ahead of the biggest transportation news in years: the launch of a new regional rail service– years in the making and millions in the subsidies– to give Charlottesvillians more than twice as many trains as previously.

but its useless for business - gets you there too late in the morning and you have to be on the train by 4pm to get home.
