news-mcguffeyartcenter Although the street on which it’s located, Second NW, is still choked with a foot of snow and ice, the artists who enjoy subsidized rent at the McGuffey Art Center appear to be as proficient with the shovel as they are with paintbrushes and pottery wheels, as their sidewalk is clear and dry as of 8:07am Tuesday, December 22.

Not sure why they thought it relevant to identify the artists enjoy subsidized rent? There are many in the area with subsidized rent, and they didn’t get off their asses and shovel snow.
