The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Charlottesville, Albemarle, and several surrounding counties including Nelson and Greene with a flood warning for the James River at Scottsville and Fluvanna.
Darn this could have been another Snowpocalypse –so, if they cancel school tomorrow; it wouldn’t be because of ice, temp is slated to be in the mid 50’s thru the night into the morning. A disaster for area ski slopes.
Better get that reservoir dredged out.
