    Young adventurers can learn the arts and skills of exploration at the Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center. Hands-on activities include making flower mosaics, painting our new collection of animals to hide on the trails, and practicing carpentry skills. Light House, a non-profit, independent, media education center for teenagers, hosts its 9th annual film festival, fundraiser, and community bash. The fun gets started with popcorn, drinks, and cocktails where folks can mingle with Light House mentors, parents, students, and supporters before the 8pm screening of some of the year’s best works.  The Ix Building, Monticello Ave. and 2nd St. 293-6992.
