Deerhunter, Atlanta’s top-shelf guitar hypnotists, reportedly have a follow-up to 2008’s triumphant Microcastle in the works, undoubtedly another solid dose of insistent riffs blanketed in foggy ambiance which can’t quite decide whether it would prefer to have you to sit quietly and over-intellectualize it or throw up your devil horns.
