Snap: UVA Lawn teems with sun-lovers
The UVA Lawn teemed Wednesday with Frisbee throwing and other revelry, as the sky was blue, the high temperature reached 76 degrees, and shorts and flip-flops were seen in abundance. (Thursday may be even warmer, with the National Weather Service calling for a high near 80.)

My first summer job was cutting that grass and Carrs Hill every thursday, it didnt matter if it had grown or not.
For a real treat, wander this week among the gardens behind the Pavilions, and take time- to sit on one of the white benches scattered throughout. How blessed we are to have this wonderful space in our town.
