Pasta making workshop

Ever wanted to make your own pasta at home? Let chef Marisa Catalano teach you how! Learn
the correct way to use your pasta maker or simply roll and cut your pasta by hand. You will learn these three delicious preparations for your fresh pasta: Fresh Pear and Pecorino (cheese) Ravioli with Butter and Black Pepper, Papparadelle Bolognese, Tagliatelle with Mushroom Ragu.

Tuesday, September 23 from 6 to 10pm at the Charlottesville Cooking School. $65 for 1 session.
