Will.i.am draws thin crowds to McAuliffe rallies
(

)
Linette: Just a thought, but could it be that the numbers were low because of who was appearing with will.i.am, that being one Terry McAuliffe? Maybe he can pay some of his out-of-state donors to come appear with him at his next rally.
Mequa Shore: "election-influencin g" {{fact}} I agree with Linette. It's likely that the fault lies with McAuliffe being an awful candidate.
Decades later, Heart still crazy, crazy on rock

tempe phoenix: Loved Heart since they started out. So glad to see they're still going strong!
Fastball

Dale Woodson: Incredible, never thought I'd get to see them... 1998's "All the Pain Money Can Buy" is one of the best albums of the late 90's. They're technically 2-hit wonders, but every track on that CD is perfect...

billy bob: sounds like the band is successful at selling their songs as jingles. Why does anything more need to be said?
Mister Baby and Preacher

preacher: nothing against alt country, but we're ggg brothers and sisters -- gospel/garage/glam

Rob Arthur: Can anyone provide a link to a review of any show this band played this year with it's new line-up? Thanks much

Gliss

Vijith Assar: Rough news -- these guys were robbed while sleeping in a New Jersey hotel last night, and the hooligans made off with a bunch of gear, including a Fender P-Bass that held serious sentimental value for frontman Martin Klingman. It's a long shot, but in case any of you guys know hooligans (I know I do) or are hooligans yourselves (debatable,...
Brian Chandler

Unveiled: New bosses revealed for Gravity space
(
15
)
Hunches: My hunch is that the new Gravity (whatever it's called) will keep the music venue and continue to get good bands (local, regional, national) and install taps and a good bar. My bet is they'll separate the music part from bar part, but also opening the space up a bit. I don't see why they can't do a decent business! But new gravity = bar + music...
