Bassist Steve Riggs has been a key player in many of Charlottesville’s strongest local acts since the 80’s, from the Charlottesville Allstars to American Dumpster. He recently suffered a heart attack while uninsured, and his friends from over the years have teamed up for a rock and roll benefit that aims to preemptively help with the massive medical bills that are about to start showing up.

Look for sets from the Allstars and Dumpster and a whole slew of others, including the Chickenheads, Alligator, the Gladstones, the Rogan Brothers, Alligator, and Ian Gilliam.
