Police search for missing girl
Charlottesville police are looking for a 12 year-old girl missing since Tuesday evening. The parents of Lorena Sanchez-Toledo last saw their daughter when she came home from school on April 15. According to a police press release, Lorena left her Meadows neighborhood house near the intersection of Route 29 and Hydraulic Road at some point following her arrival. Investigators further state that this is unusual behavior for her, and that it’s possible she may no longer be in the Charlottesville area.

Interesting that according to CBS19, the police are now saying she may be in danger, and yet this story continues to get very little pickup even on our local news.
