Making way for the planned nine-story Landmark hotel, demolition of the old Central Fidelity/Boxer Learning building has wrapped up as seen in this Tuesday, April 15 photograph which shows two of the three major elements remaining: the red brick structure, and the decorative yellow brick skin. (The black marble facade, out of view to the left, is to be incorporated in the design.) In the background, toward the Water Street Parking Deck, we see an auger doing some augering.
