books-hlad2 C.W. Hlad, the man whose poetry graced the pages of the C-Ville Review for the first half of the 1990s, has returned with a second collection from the Hypocrite Press. His latest is entitled Blackberry Bounty, Blackberry Boon, a slim volume of just eight poems which publisher Matthew Farrell lauds for their “pressing Southern-ness.”

Appreciate the tip about Hlad and Hypocrite Press. Wonderful to have this small press concentrating on local authors–love their mission:

“Our fundamental focus remains that of recording, guiding, and informing the life of small southern ‘alternative’ towns. “
