Spring shows in the form of Stonehenge Avenue daffodils, or jonquils as some like the call these floral harbingers (but technically called Narcissus), in the Belmont neighborhood. Saturday’s weather will continue sunny, but clouds are expected Sunday with showers Monday as a front moves in. (photo by Don Neuland)

Happy first full day of Spring ! Technically the first day of Spring was yesterday here’s why :
“Saturday, March 20, is the first day of spring in 2010 in the Northern Hemisphere. This is known as the Vernal Equinox.
Simultaneously, places in the Southern Hemisphere observe the Autumnal Equinox.
The official time for the Vernal Equinox 2010 is 1:32 p.m. EST on March 20.”
