    Please find the 2 young men,who appeared at a meeting, They said that they had in 2004 given an offer to do the dredging + disposal of the mud for $ 20m. Today they would ask $ 24 m because of the high diesel price. They should be interviewed seriously. The dredging is part of the long term solution and not a total 50 years program.
