Jury begins deliberations in 21-year-old murder
Had he not been gunned down in 1988, Roger Shifflett would have been 60 years old today. After a week of hearing testimony, the jury deciding if Alvin Lee “Butch” Morris is guilty of Shifflett’s murder began deliberations around 11am.
